T for Tuesday

Students enjoyed a terrific Tuesday.  Our letter of the week is letter Tt

Students worked in their Printing Like a Pro book to write upper case T (straight line down, straight line accross the top) and lower case t (straight line down, line across the middle).  Students listened to a fun song and thought about words that begin with the /t/ sound.  Students drew 3 pictures that begin with the letter t.  Can you find your child's /t/ pictures.

Congratulations to Sarim our AM Rockstar of the Day. Sarim shared one of his interests and hobbies with the class, "I like to drive my remote control car".  Sarim gave his classmates lots of information about how to drive the car using the controller and how to "charge the battery all the time so it is ready to drive".  Sarim gave his classmates an exciting demonstration and showed us all what his car could do.  So exciting!  Sarim answered lots of great questions including Ayan's question: "Where did you get it from"    Sarim's answer: "From my Dad"

Congratulations to Hassen our PM Rockstar of the Day.  Hassen shared one of his favourite activities with us, "My favourite activity is driving my r/c car".  Hassen drew a beautiful picture of his red truck and answered many eager questions.  Thank you Hassen for sharing something special about yourself with us and for giving us all a fun demonstration of your great truck.
