What a great day.
Kindergarten started their day with table time activities.
Ask your child with table they worked at today?
Students continue to discuss what features and characteristics make them special and unique. We started out discussion with an online book titled: I'm Quite Unique (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0PnV8RbL6Wo). Students then worked in their blue writing books to draw a picture of themselves. Students continue to focus on efficient pencil grasp with their brand new kindergarten pencils.
We opened the kitchen centers today as well as the tac-a-tac-a block center. Ask your child which center they enjoyed today. Its hard to wait for a turn at the new centers, but Mrs. Dennis promises that everyone will get a turn as we rotate each day through these preferred activities.
