I am unique

Congratulations to today's Rockstars
Thank you Isla for sharing one of your favourite activities with us, "playing with your DaDas"  These stuffed friends have been with your since your were a baby and are clearly very special to you. Thank you for showing them to us and talking about them with your classmates.
Thank you Zack for sharing your special bat  and for telling us about one of your favourite activities, "spending time with your neighbours and friends".  Zack answered many eager questions about his special bat and shared that his bat "is also a security bat that helps to keep a look out for bad guys!"  He sounds like a pretty great friend to have around. Thank you Zack for sharing something special with your PM friends.

After viewing an online reading of, The Colour of Us, students set to work on their own self portraits.  Students used mirrors to look closely at the colour of their unique facial features including the shade of their skin, eye colour and hair colour.  Students referred to our classroom colouring rubric: I can colour inside the lines, I can use colours that make sense, I can cover all the white spaces.
