Patterns and Fall Trees

Happy Friday PM Kindergarten

Students started their day with loose parts patterns. Encourage your child to find patterns in the world around them. Have fun at home making patterns with your words, movements and toys.

PM Kindergarten enjoyed a whole class trip to the library. Students who returned books where able to check out two new books to share with family at home. Happy reading!

Our Learning job:  Students used their keen observation skills to review a photo of our Kindergarten Fall Tree.  Students looked at the colours and textures of our tree in the fall.  Students worked with pencil crayons to sketch the trunk and branches, making the letter Y helps to create many branches.  Students used sponges and paint to create the colours and textures of autumn leaves.
