Thank you Fred for sharing you family flags of origin and for showing us some very special picture of Great Grandpa Fredrick.  Now we know where you got your special name.

Thank you Seth for telling us all about your special family including your cat Loco.  You have a lot to look forward to as you prepare to celebrate Christmas and Hanukkah this holiday season.

Table #1:  Measuring length (height) using snap cubes

 

Table #2:  Snowball measurement.  How many snowballs high is you reindeer?

Table #3:  Winter words: Label your snowman using environmental print. 

Table #4:  Winter clothing: Draw and label a person wearing winter clothing.

Have fun looking for the letter Jj when you are reading with your child this week. Ask them to teach you the sound and action for Jj.

AM kindergarten had their first fire drill practice of the year.   We were safe, silent and serious as we stopped our learning, made a line and walked together to the soccer field.  The snow and cold made it extra exciting.  Great job kindergarten!

AM/PM kindergarten enjoyed a trip to the library.  This will be our last library trip before winter break. Please enjoy your books for the week and then kindly return all books, including overdue items, on Monday of next week.
